The Relationship Between Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Commitment to Hotel Staff

چکیده

Commitment is a person's loyalty to the organization. A committed person always intends continue working with organization and achieving its goals, whereas emotional intelligence as form of social that allows employees manage their own emotions distinguish them from others. This study aims examine effect on organizational commitment in 100 hotel staff Kab.Bone, South Sulawesi by using cillation analysis method. found there was positive but not significant influence between affective commitment, ongoing normative staff. These findings suggest tendency who have high inclined towards strong formation give impression they higher levels tend want develop good relationships, are very tolerant when faced work pressures, Able respond all conditions without losing patience.
